Return Policy: 

All merchandise returns are accepted only within 15 days of receipt. Returns must be approved, please call or e-mail for authorization. Unless our error, a 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns to cover any repackaging costs 'credit card fees and labor incurred. All returns must include a completed return form with the original invoice number and reason for return. Merchandise must be received in original packaging and in origional condition to be accepted. If items are not received in re-saleable condition they will not be accepted. Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for shipping on all returns, In-store credit only, for the price of the product (excludes shipping and handeling) no cash refunds are given unless shipment was our error.

Do not send new orders with returned items for an exchange! Doing so might delay your order. You will be notified when we receive your return, and then you can use that store credit on a new order.  

 

Privacy Policy: 

We do not share or sell any personal information collected on this website, for the purposes of sending our newsletters, selling, and delivering goods.  If you sign up for one of our newsletters, you can be comfortable knowing we have a strict policy of jealously protecting that information and we never share your email address with anyone.

 

Your credit card number is only used one time for the purchase at hand, and is not stored on our premises or in our servers at all.  We only use your credit card number to process your order, and the instant it is processed, it is removed from our systems permanently.

 

Shipping Policy: 

We generally ship products in stock within two business days.  For items that are not in stock, and require a back order, we general ship within seven business days.  For items that require special shipping methods, we disclose those details on the product description page on our website. We do not ship COD.

 

Damaged Shipments:

If your package does not arrive in acceptable condition, Do Not Accept
it from the carrier. Contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 IMMEDIATELY if there is any damage, spillage or breakage. All packages leave our location in good condition. Our responsibility ceases upon delivery of our goods to the carrier. You must get a Claim number from the carrier.
